Flex & Burn 1-on-1 Sessions: We focus on getting you in shape and achieving any personal goals. We will work around your schedule so dates and times work for you.
Flex & Burn PT Group Sessions: Designed for 2-4 people comfortable with training together who share the same fitness goals.
Flex & Burn 30: Cardio, resistance, circuit drills, and high intensity interval training to ignite your metabolism and enable your body to burn more calories (even after your workout).
Flex & Burn Drop & Do 10: Three 10 minute individual sessions targeting upper body, abs, and lower body. This targeted program is for maximum fat burning and results in as little as 30 minutes.

Conventional training programs offer certain numbers of exercises to perform at set times during the week, and that's it! Training for results entails so much more than just going to the gym. Training and achieving your goals requires a change in lifestyle, thought process, the way you exercise, and the way you eat.
